Greetings everyone! Today I finished reading Kyle Idelman’s book The End Of Me. Loved this book!

In the book’s introduction, Mr Idelman shared a story of a tragedy that happened to a family that attends the church where he’s a minister. And what happened to him and his family brought him closer to Jesus. That Jesus became more real to him since the tragedy happened.

And so Mr Idelman said he put on his personal Facebook page the following: “Answer this question: Jesus became more real to me when…”. He said he got a lot of responses. The one that really caught his attention was this “Jesus became more real to me when… I came to the end of myself”.

This book is a collection of stories of both biblical stories and modern day stories of what it means to come to the end of ourselves. It’s a book about what it means to come to the end of ourselves.

As someone who desires to get into full-time ministry as a vocation, I realized I have a lot to learn about coming to the end of myself before I can give of myself to others.

Thank you Kyle Idelman for writing this compelling and thought-provoking book. God bless him, his family, and the work they do.

And thank you, readers, for reading this.

Any comments, questions, or anything else are encouraged and welcomed.

God bless you all.

Grace and Peace.

PS. If you want to buy this book, you can buy it at any Christian bookstore or Amazon.com. It’s a great book. I highly recommend it.
